MHF ACT has developed a monthly program of activities for service users and other people interested in joining in. This program is called My High Five and is based on activities that MHF participants have indicated that they would like to do.
The activities are held in safe environments where people can meet, make new friends, learn new skills, socialise and find out about other services.
A full list of proposed activities is now available. If you are interested in doing an activity please complete the enquiry form.
Note: No activity will commence until there are at least three (3) people registered for the activity.
